Goals and objectives assist the managers to control various process in many ways within the organization. In mentioning those aspects goals are there to ensure that managers are in full control of how they gauge and report performance. Goals are there so managers can plan how long they want to sell their products . The control process is projected, with effect to how managers are getting things done through their employees.
