Some times lining on one source of income is very stressfully, especially when you are grounded with financial liable that needs money. In 2019, I was working at Cresta Oasis Hotel as a conference room designer, my job mainly emphasis on decorating the conference room when top companies such as Coca Cola, Huawei or KFC are hosting business meetings. When Covid 19 engulfed, it led me to be retrenched because, the hotel was experiencing financial deficit. This was a stressful moment for me, because I knew we had been fired. I couldn't think of anything else, so for 5 months of being jobless I exercised to reduce my stress levels, and I also read novel. Therefore I had to maneuver to find ideas on how I can make money. Later on some-one introduced me to Forex trading. Forex trading became my backbone for success and I was able to start my own company which specializes into networking of servers, bring telecommunication services and computer networking equipment. According to Nancy L. Sin, PhD, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of British Columbia, psychologists often define stress as "an imbalance in which your perceptions of loss, threat or challenge (such as losing your job) outweigh your perceived ability to cope with the situation." Below I will articulate why stress management is important, and how it has affected my life. It is always significant to always be self-conscious about what we think, what we meditate and the people we socialize with because they contribute to high stress level. Stress management is important because, benefits enormously our healthy, this assist us in getting peace of mind because by being concentrated on something it facilitates me to be focused, and feel more relaxed.
