Womenonics in Jordanian National Curriculum

Introduction Womenonics refers to the interaction among women as well as the economic system to which they belong. The goal was for women to increase economic advancement in general. It is also an opportunity for girls to gain confidence in their nation and promote gender equality Creating a competitive environment that supports economic growth is crucial. It is also critical to boost their country's economic progress. By setting an example for the younger women, the older women will become an inspiration to them. It was also intended to address the gender gap in the country. These textbooks were developed with male students in mind, displaying some sort of gender prejudice. In fact, the majority of vocations showed masculine pictures rather than female representations. There was a goal not to promote pictures of women in all professions in order to discourage women from pursuing such professions. Despite the fact that employment is a human right, they were nonetheless denied their rights. Furthermore, it was said that women working would interfere with their primary duties as mothers and spouses. The textbook also discussed how well the absence of women at home would have a detrimental influence on the family. Assuming leadership responsibilities was not regarded as desirable. The beneficial tactics will be to first modify people's perceptions about how women are being diverted when it comes to career opportunities in certain fields (Alexander et.al., 2014). We must prioritize and realize the benefits of women's empowerment. Despite its benefits, it must be both desired and legally protected. Female employment services, reward systems, and rules, for example, must be implemented in Jordan. A view that women are competent in the workplace (Jaber, M.A,2014). As a result, a new structure should be put in place in Jordan to encourage women in their economy, as the current one completely excludes women from economic participation. There should be a new framework that involves women in the economy and encourages them to take on leadership roles in society. Simply said, awareness must be raised through programs and campaigns. Conclusion Globalization has greatly aided the promotion of womenonics in Saudi arabia. Women are free to pursue whatever career or profession they choose. Despite this, our culture and some faiths do not encourage women to hold positions of leadership. Some traditions forbid women from inheriting their father's property once they marry. There should be an effort to modify the perspective and mindsets of these executives who still practice stereotyping. Women should be able to pursue any type of leadership or political role they wish, provided that all conditions are satisfied. References Jaber, M.A. (2014).
