Importance of Peer Feedback

People learn about their own work as well as the work of their peers through peer feedback. People can then choose how best to make use of their colleagues' strengths and work effectively as a team as a result. We can identify potential areas for improvement by frequently soliciting comments from their peers. Students are first developing a stake in their writing or problem- solving skills. It aids students in comprehending the connection between their assignments and the demands of the course. Peer reviews of the assignment's comments allow students to benefit from what their classmates have to say. Employees frequently want to improve their performance after receiving criticism from their supervisors. Feedback from peers is comparable but superior. Employees can better understand their performance and develop a strong culture of frequent feedback in the team by receiving feedback from their own peers.[ CITATION The \I 1033 ] I am always getting criticism.
