Event Planning and Management for Educational Engagement

Assignment - Planning an Event in the Light of Research We decided to do a quiz as our event as a class, so we arranged and delegated various tasks to people, such as question creators, marketing, and budgeting. The aim of this event is to provide participants with an educational yet enjoyable social experience. This event is very feasible, and we choose it because it is not the most difficult to arrange, but it is challenging enough for novice event planners. Aims and objectives. The number one objective of our quiz was to make sure that everyone attends enjoy themselves. The quiz will bring people together in a physical space, it will bond people and give them something tangible to talk about. There will be a communal feeling that helps people take inspired action. The questions that were designed feature various topics that different people may know more about. This gave everyone a chance to express their knowledge in groups while working together which will create a sense of enjoyment for everyone. The goal of the quiz is to increase engagement, motivation, enjoyment, and concentration to improve people's satisfaction of our event. It can be seen as an enjoyable way to test your knowledge and learn about new things. Although it doesn't seem like a way to educate people, quizzes are proven to help retain information in a non-stressful manner. We will need to determine as a group how many workers to recruit on a money-to-efficiency basis and would need to be closely monitored to ensure that there aren't too many or too few employees. Resources We decided to use PowerPoint to create a slideshow of the questions to present the quiz. This software was useful when planning the event because it enabled many event organizers to access the presentation at the same time, allowing them to work more quickly and effectively. Microsoft Teams was also extremely useful because it provided us with a quick means of communicating as well as the ability to store and exchange files on the same platform. The room we used for the quiz was ideal; it had enough space for everyone to participate equally and have a good time. Because of the quality of the
