Three-Day Food Record and Nutrient Analysis Reflection

CREATE CHANGE THE UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA ercise Three-Day Food Record Name: SID: Dates of Record Intake: Thursday 18th August - Saturday 20th August Short reflection on your diary and nutrient analysis. Please reflect on the process of recording a 3-day diary. Prompt- Was it more challenging/easier than you expected? Why was this? (100 words or less). It was more challenging than I expected because I had to conscious of every ingredient used with each meal I ate. Even having to ask for ingredients and how much was used when I ate at restaurant. This was slightly embarrassing especially when the restaurant was busy. It was easier to keep track of when I cooked myself or if one of my family members did. Keeping a food diary was more tedious than I expected as well because I had to take photos of the nutrition information on the back of everything I used.
