Sauce & Spoon Project Charter: Roll out the pilot in the bar, check on tablet packages that include menu add-ons and coupons, and find metrics to measure employee satisfaction DATE: [13/06/23] Project Summary Launch a pilot rollout of tabletop menu tablets at two restaurant locations, Sauce & Spoon North and Sauce & Spoon Downtown by implementing a digital menu and point-of-sale (POS) system that will be guest-facing. This initiative will take the form of a fully integrated tablet system located at each table to offer guests a seamless ordering experience-and at the same time provide the restaurant with a more effective ticketing system. Project Goals . Rollout tabletop menu in the Sauce & Spoon North bar area in 3 months. · Increase product mix · Reduce the number of negative reviews . reduce average table turn times by 30 minutes within 3 months . increase average daily guest counts by 10% within 3 months · Integrate tabletop menu with current software with in 3 months Deliverables · Clear data points to track metrics . Tablets installed in the bar area of two restaurant locations .
