Running has been around forever, whether it be for sport or for survival. Running is not the only cardio exercise, though. You can choose from a variety of cardio alternatives, including bicycling and swimming as well as running and jogging. The advantages of engaging in aerobic exercise are excellent, regardless of the kind you choose. Your total health depends on physical exercise, and cardio is a key part of it.
