Proposal Introduction The purpose of this proposal is to show you in detail, using certain fundamentals skill sets to develop the ultimate narrative-themed restaurant, conjoining both food and décor and doubling this by introducing yours and Australia's culture. We, as a team, can provide you with the experience and knowledge to enable successful completion of the desired restaurant. We will do this through correct procedure and planning using the four professional skills - planning, organising, leading and controlling, which is commonly known as the POLC theory. Combining them to create and ensure you that we are well equipped to providing you with the successful completion of the narrative themed restaurant to a standard higher than your expectation. Our team can provide you with the confidence that the proposed proposal will identify and resolve any underlying concerns prior to them commencing or afecting the completion of the restaurant.
