Ltd. recommendations in making strategic decisions based on future projections that will help the company to maintain its competitive advantage and continued growth in the future. With the aid of technologies, the business world has shifted from an industry-economy to knowledge-economy and it is crucial for company to understand the importance of knowledge management in business operations. An effective knowledge management will not only enhance the overall business performance and facilitates the decision-making process, it will also create a conducive environment that encourage innovations within the company. An overview of the future projections and growth/loss for year 2015 to year 2017 is shown in the graphs and table. This information, gathered and analysed by using business intelligence tool, will aid Balogne Pty. Ltd.'s general manager in making better informed business decision. Analysis of the bargaining power of supplier, one of Porter's Five Forces, suggests that the company should manage and maintain a favourable relationship with suppliers to ensure continual support that will secure business growth. All business, large or small, deals with numerous sensitive and crucial data on a daily basis. Data security should be a key concern for Balogne Pty.
