1.0 Executive Summary This report aims to summarize the company Golden Dairy Farms and the current state of the businesses performance and operation as well as provide recommended improvements and optimizations to its operation and business processes moving forward. This business will be reviewed broadly as well as a general study of its chosen industry. Expanding from these areas, a deep dive into the current business processes will be undertaken to explore and understand where changes and improvements need to be made. The current state of business operations is riddled with inefficiencies and problems, a new proposed process model to be implemented will first be presented in this report after an analysis of current and future business performance as outlined in the company's sales spreadsheet.
