Feasibility Study for Transitioning Golden Dairy Farms to a New Marketplace

GOLDEN DAIRY FARMS INF10003 MAY 2020 A REPORT CONDUCTED BY James Siadis (102693651) James Stones (103056996) Stephen Samarniotis (102106421) Foreword/ Executive Summary This research was conducted to investigate the feasibility of a reformed scheme intended to assist the transition of Golden Dairy Farms to a new marketplace and to suggest forms of working feasibility through the use of techniques and interface design to optimise technical triumph. The research draws attention to changing nature of the communications threat faced by GDP, and the effectiveness of the actually transit of products to the customer. This has been spiked by an added measure for needs of communication and complaints. Further investigations reveal that a direct market shrinkage has occurred due to this lack of an effective system; moreover, a furthered amount of information must be ascertained in order to correctly exhibit the best techniques needed in order to ensure GDP prosper. The report will aim to evaluate the choices GDP have to introduce a bold new scheme in order to maximise the efficiency of this new system with the information attained, thus leading to an immediate increase in market share.
