Executive Summary This report is a draft by the General Manager of United Milk Commodities, (UMC) in which justifies the implementation of new business processes. The new improvements to the operations of the business involve an enhanced customer interface, new methods to keep track of stock, and a better delivery process to improve the efficiency of the business. From the findings, it is justified that UMC would benefit from the changes and improvements on their "As-Is" business process model and transition into the new "To-Be" business process model. By comparing the two processes, the connectivity and communication between different departments of the business is made simpler and even between the customers will increase customer satisfaction. This also convinces customers to have future dealings with the business. Introducing a new customer interface will contribute to the convenience of the customers.
