Peta-Marron is a renowned creator of delicious cookies using the unique strain of cacao found only in the hills of Marronia, however on its road towards sustainability and expansion there are many factors to consider and obstacles to overcome. In the second section, the manner in which the business's plan to expand to Australia will impact the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) will be reviewed. In the third section, the business opportunities available in Australia will be determined by performing a number of analyses including STEEPLE, Porter's 6 Forces, Segment Identification, and Competitor Analysis, before summarizing the findings with a SWOT Analysis. In the fourth section, the business strategy will be laid out, beginning with implementation and setup, and following up with a five year growth strategy. In the fifth section, the marketing side of things will be explored, looking at the Marketing Tactics, Customer Personas and Marketing Communications Material. In the sixth section, a financial analysis will be delivered, looking at projected financial statements. Finally, in the seventh section, major issues and concerns with the ESG factors (Environmental, Social and Governance) will be discussed. 2
