The 95% confidence interval shows that average amount of sleep students in the lecturer's unit have per night is between 1.27 hours less and 0.23 hours more on weeknights than on weekends. There is no evidence to suggest any difference in the average amount of sleep students taking the lecturer's unit have per night on weeknights and weekends.
