Most workers responded that they 'Agree' enjoy their work (55.1%) followed by the response 'strongly agree' (27.4%). The distribution is negatively skewed with 50% of workers engaging on scale 16 or more. Typicaly job engagement was between scale 12 to18 with half of engagement in this range.
