The majority of responses to the statement 'I enjoy my work' was 'Agree' (56.5%), but 'Strongly Agree' was also a common response (25.5%). Very few employees said that they 'Disagree' or 'Strongly Disagree' that they enjoy their work. The distribution is negatively skewed with 50% of respondents reporting a level of engagement of 16 points or more on an interval scale ranging from 0 to 20 points. Typically employees reported an engagement level between 13 and 18 points, with half of the employee responses falling within this range.
