Work View Work can be defined as an activity that requires physical or mental effort in exchange for money or any other type of compensation. I believe work is an integral part of a person's life. While I want to work to earn money and fulfil my personal needs, I also want my work life to be meaningful to me and others around me. I want to make sure the work I do is something I like and purposeful. Most importantly, my work should give me satisfaction.
