The schedule is to be based on the drawings and specifications issued for assignments #1 and #2. You are the new planning engineer for this company and report to the company General Manager Construction. You are required to produce a construction schedule for the proposed project using MS Project 2016 planning software. The company believes it has a good chance of winning the tender but wants to be confident that it can, with reasonable certainty, deliver the project on time.
