Introduction Organizational Behavior is the investigation of human conduct in organizational settings, the interface between human conduct and the organization, and the actual organization. As a student of this subject, one can learn basic individual and group processes, as they affect people in organizations. Examining major theories and models in key areas of organizational behavior; including group dynamics, motivation, stress, communication, conflict, power, strategy, structure and change management. Despite such vast outcomes, a student must reflect upon learnings that impacted him/her the most. In this paper I will share and discuss some of my personal learnings and experiences that brought up a change in me and helped me carve out my behavior's better side both on individual level and in a team dynamic. Personal Reflections Some of the learnings that I was promised were that I will be able to describe the basic theories & amp, models within organizational behavior. Apply major theories and models from the field of organizational
behavior to analyze organizational problems and generate realistic solutions & recommendations, as presented in case studies. Describe practical application of theories and concepts in teamwork. Identify and critique management approaches in the field and collaboratively develop alternative models of practice. Solve different problems of management practice and analyze team dynamics. I must declare that as I progressed through this journey, I was made aware of all these teachings and absorbed them based on my aptitude. Before we dig deep into some specific changes in my behavior, I would like to highlight some of the skills that I was able to adapt or enhance using learnings of organizational behavior. These include problem solving skills and critical thinking skills, collaborative learning and team-work skills and finally verbal and written communication skills. When it comes to my behavior as an individual, if I reflect, I was a person whose behavior was driven more by values than personality. I used to think only of my personal agenda, personal satisfaction and rewards. There was no open picture in my mind. After going through this whole learning curve, I was able to understand Five-Factor Model (CANOE) and work upon betterment of my personality, values and ethics which ultimately helped me in improving my MARS leading to a better workplace behavior depiction in all five areas. Emotions and attitude have always defined my personal character and behavior in all stages of life and all environments. I am a work in progress when it comes to emotional stability and it won't be wrong to say that before I was made to realize this, I used to react to situations based on what emotions I am experiencing, due to which I made some wrong decisions or actions over time. However, after studying the "Circumplex Model of Emotions" and further models related to attitudes and behaviors, I was able
