COS10082 APPLIED ANALYTICS IN BUSINESS Executive summary HRC Food Berhad is a restaurant in Malaysia that serves local dishes to their customers. They have requested to develop a Business Intelligence Solution to resolve the company's issues regarding customers experiencing long waits during peak hours on certain branches across Malaysia. The problem is apparently worse especially in a particular days and months. HRC has been using SQL server 2008 database since 2010 to collect and access data in the organization. However, the system does not meet HRC needs in deeper analysis and reporting which consequently lead to poor and insufficient information to support their analysis. This causes the company unable to adapt with the ongoing business strategy, providing data in real-time and support ad-hoc analysis in their business.
