The analysis also shows diversity problem in the organisation and how they overcome these problems. Four of the HP employees were sued by HP and dismissed unfairly for recruiting people under the age of 40. Samsung company's role in hiring domestic and international employees was illustrated. Furthermore, the study continues to focus its anti-discrimination practise for both companies and include the rational theories to discuss business and moral cases. "We are revising the norm for diversity and inclusion - how we function as an organisation and affect society," state by Hewlett Packard 2020. Diversity is part of everything we do and each individual at HP plays a part at every stage. We are committing top industry talent to driving our company's long-term success by valuing differences - whether race, ethnicity, sex, gender, nationality, ability, military status, religion, generational, sexual orientation or opinions. Four of the ex-employees between the ages of 50-65 (the older seniors) argued that during a major restructuring they were unfairly dismissed. Since HP has hired an overly large number of new staff under the age of 40 to replace older people, it has shown that it welcomes the younger generation to join in its operation than those of old age. Hewlett Packard was charged with not providing equal payment to women as opposed to the men employees, as the lower pay of women was frequently paid in comparison with their male employees with same ranks[ CITATION Bri181 \l 2057 ].
