People are more inclined to use different management tools in every sector of work to save time and energy. In big companies, it is exceedingly difficult to manage projects and tasks manually. They might lose track of their work and face difficulties completing work within due time. As a result, they use different task management tools to monitor and manage their tasks and projects. Task management tools help people to work more efficiently by organizing and prioritizing tasks. All the members of the team can share ideas and understand what needs to be done. Teams may schedule and manage work with the use of task management software. For teams to react swiftly to shifting priorities, it may also track dependencies, resources, and milestones. Managing tasks well is crucial for efficient teamwork. There are various task management tools available depending on the requirements of the users. It is essential to choose the right task management tool for a company based on the kind of work they want to do, their budget, their team size, and many other factors. For the project, we are going to work on a task management tool for a software development studio. 2 Purpose The main purpose of the document is to do research on an existing task management tool and discover its features and functionalities. This paper will focus on Trello, which is an excellent task management tool for small and large companies. This document will provide a clear idea about Trello and the main aspects of it. With the help of this paper, we can get useful information about Trello which could be extremely useful in the later part of the project. 3 Scope In this document, key features of Trello are discussed such as Trello boards, specialty of lists, all the features of cards like label, attachments, due date etc. Also, a brief description of some unique features like different view options, power-up and automation process are provided. Furthermore, some strengths and weaknesses of Trello are mentioned in this paper.
