It point out observing people and their environments with empathy and using those observations to develop creative ideas with a repetitive, build and test. In other hand, an approach known as design thinking is used to solve problems in an innovative and practical way. It is based heavily on the methods and processes that designer's use, but it has actually evolved from a range of different fields including architecture, engineering and business. Design thinking can also be applied to any field it doesn't necessarily have to be design specific. Design thinking is human based, which means that it uses evidence of how people actually deal with a product or service, rather than how someone else or an organization thinks they will engage with it. What is the need for design thinking? A product, process, service, or business model that possesses two essential characteristics is considered innovative, new and beneficial. However, creating something novel and novel is pointless if no one will use it. Design thinking gives innovation the boost it needs to come up with solutions that have a real impact. It differs from other innovation processes in that it is not problem-based but rather solution-based and user-based. This indicates that it concentrates on the solution to a problem rather than the issue itself. Design thinking is fundamentally user based and human based. It's about the person who came up with the problem and the solution, so you have to ask questions like, ffWho will use this product?ff and ffHow will the user be affected by this solution?ff. The first, and apparently generally significant, step of configuration believing is building sympathy with clients. You can find a solution that has more impact if you know who is affected by a problem. In addition to empathy, design thinking emphasizes observing product interaction, drawing research-based conclusions, and ensuring that the user remains the focus of the final implementation. The process of design thinking is obtain from the methods that the professionals use to do their work such as; designers, engineers etc. This framework is used to discover and develop solutions to problems that may or may not actually be design specific.
