Diversity management refers to the differences based on ethnicity, age, gender, religion, disability, national origin and sexual orientation and it also encompasses an infinite range of unique characteristics and experiences, including communication styles, physical characters such as height, weight, and speed of learning and comprehension. It also refers to organisational initiatives made to promote greater integration of people from different backgrounds within corporate structures. A work environment that fosters inclusivity and encourages team members to fully engage with their work can foster diversity, lead to enhanced customer and team experiences, and ultimately boost corporate success. Australia Post is making continuous investments in leadership and career development programs, that supports the growth and the progression of female talent. They are also investing in other projects that improves that the gender balance, such as providing sponsorships and mentoring that develops next generation of leaders, encouraging business cooperation, increasing
