Introduction The term "diversity management" refers to the systematic and intentional commitment made by businesses to recruit, maintain, reward, and promote a diverse mix of staff members (Ivancevich & Gilbert, 2000). The purpose of the assignment will be begun from analysis two large Australian or multinational organisations and examine their diversity statement in terms of the business and moral considerations. A comparison of their respective statements will be composed and demonstrate what diversity means for these two businesses. Also, we aim to use diversity theories in the final section of this assignment to understand the relationships and gaps between the 'business and moral case' in managing diversity. { 2 }
