NoMan NoWhere Police Brutality, Murder, and Crimes Police Brutality, Murder, and Crimes To All Victims of Police Crimes who have never had any power to see the punishment of the Criminal Cops By NoMan NoWhere: Sirus Kashef i s.kashef i @hotmail.com Synopsis My horrible experience with the Torontonian Police's humiliation and brutality, initiated by Osgoode Hall Law School, has pushed me to find any books, articles, documents, websites, weblogs, and f i lms about Police Brutality, Murder, and Crimes around the world. My case was absolutely forgotten, partly because of my so-called union, i.e. CUPE 3903, throughout its reactionary, hierarchical, cheating, and propagandist action as well as inaction aiming really to conserve the status quo while allowing the security force at York University to become more and more segregating but useless in preventing violence against the students. The cases of Police Violence and Criminality unfortunately and are historically too numerous. In reality, we, powerless citizens and so-called visible minority, have neither dignity nor rights in front of an extremely gigantic, bureaucratic, dehumanized, violent, corrupt, and irresponsible system, i.e. the Police, which is legally (i.e. the so- called "legitimate use of violence" by the State) or illegally able to kill, torture, rape, kidnap, threaten, humiliate, stigmatize,bribe,corrupt,spy,infiltrate,provoke,control,andrepressinthenameoflawandorder.Wemustonly obey their will and rule; otherwise, we will be severely punished or even killed because of " the crime of obstruction of justice". As for the legal systems, the Honorable Prosecutors and the Honorable Judges are the accomplices of the Criminal Police Of f i cers by their autism, mutism, leniency, or worse defending Police Crimes. They just preserve the status quo in which our so-called rights and dignity have no value at all while the police destroy them. In short, the Police and the legal system are omnipresent and irresponsible authorities to them we are subject. Is a good Cop a dead Cop? How many times have you seen the Cops have arrested, stigmatized, brutalized, or killed a White-Collar Criminal or Public Of f i cer (e.g., Mayor Rob Ford)? Almost never! How many times have you personally seen the Godlike Judges have severely punished a Criminal Police Of f i cer as they violently and so hotly repress so-called street criminals? Almost never! Does it make sense to take legal action against Police Criminals who also have very seasoned and expensive lawyers do defend them yet? Can we stop this extreme dehumanized machine from criminalizing and stigmatizing us? 1
