INTRODUCTION Apple is a multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California. The company is best known for designing and manufacturing personal computers, consumer software and electronics. Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne founded the company in 1976. Apple became one of the best and most influential companies in the world of technology and innovation under Steve Jobs' leadership. Tim Cook is the current CEO and has a unique leadership style. The job was a visionary leader. Cook concentrates more on content. I want to talk about why I chose this organisation as my topic because I am an apple Customer, and I am happy with that. Also, I would love Steve Jobs' business approach and Creative capability that allowed him to design excellent products. Jobs's second remarkable Personal trait was his communication abilities. Furthermore, once the new project development team was given more self-determination, the CIO's direct participation in the new project was shortened. Tim Cook believes that for him, calm is still effective leadership. Some industry analysts have mentioned Cook as a quiet leader in contrast to his
charismatic forerunner, "Steve Jobs." In the meantime, analysts and industry monitors have often noted that Tim Cook lacks the ambition and drive that his forerunner had. According to a report by BGC Financial Services under Cook, Apple has introduced new segments, including "the Apple Watch," the number one smartwatch. However, its overall performance was disappointing. Apple Music, which debuted in June 2015, has rapidly grown to 15 million subscribers, although it is viewed as a low-margin business. The late Steve Jobs popularised many
