The location of the site is off Donovan Avenue Irlam Greater Manchester M33 2YP. The site is currently void of any visible features apart from a number of mature trees which are scattered across the site. The site is located within the curtilage of a conservation area. Please refer to the Site Plan and Borehole 2 attached to the rear of the examination paper. The developer has requested that you investigate the issues 1-4 below associated with the development.
