Biography

Hello, my name is Alexis Moore and I am expressing interest in the Science Content Editor position. Currently, I am a STEM Curriculum Specialist, in which I create, format, and align curriculum to the Quantile Measures Framework using Common Core State Standards, Next Generation Science Standards, or respective state standards for K-12. Before becoming a STEM Curriculum Specialist, I was a Math and Science Title 1 teacher specializing in equality STEM education for grades K-8. I completed an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University and began coursework in my D.Ed in Educational Leadership from Capella University.

In addition to being a STEM Curriculum Specialist, I have experience as a Science Content Editor and STEM Item Writing Freelancer creating K-12 STEM: Biology, Physical Science, and Earth Science Curriculum for consecutive projects with reputable clients including Legends of Learning, Santillana Math, Scholastics, Happy Numbers, Achieve 3000, STEM Scopes, while continually demonstrating an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality excellence.
