A $2.50-$ L volume of hydrogen measured at $-196^{\circ} C$ is warmed to $100^{\circ} C$ . Calculate the volume of the gas at the higher temperature, assuming no change in pressure.

So we're continuing on this podcast series or to do with gasses and pressures. Here, we're taking a look at Charles Law on mathematically, we know that volume is proportional to temperature that could be rewritten as V two over V one is equal to t two over t one. And so what we're gonna be doing is finding a V two. So t one in Calvin is minus 196 degrees Celsius are 273 We got 77 Calvin T two is 100 degrees Celsius up to 73 That is equal to three 73 Calvin B one is 2.5 liters. So we put these values into our equation. To solve a fee to serve it to is equal to 2.5 liters multiplied by three 73 divided by 77 units of Calvin Calvin's cancel were left with units of leaders, which is what we want because we're after a value. We put that into a calculator. We get a value of 12.110 liters
