Have temperature conversions and we have a couple examples that we want to work on and converting between fahrenheit and celsius and kelvin in order for us to do these temperature conversions we do need to know the formulas that we have here so we have formulas that allows us to convert between kelvin and fahrenheit and fahrenheit to kelvin fahrenheit celsius to fahrenheit and convert between celsius and kelvin both from celsius to kelvin and kelvin to celsius.

And so we're going to use these formulas in order to convert some of our problems here.

And the first one we have is 101 degrees fahrenheit.

You want to convert what is 101 degrees fahrenheit in celsius.

And so if we want to go ahead and use this particular formula here, which is going to be this third one right here, fahrenheit to celsius, we're going to go ahead and subtract 32 from 101, which gives us 69.

And then 69, we're going to multiply 69 times 5 over 9, and that is going to get us 38 .333, so it's a repeating decimal.
