So we know that this bakery has a profit equation for their bagels and its parabolic. It's a quadratic and excess standing for the price that they'll sell the bakery, the bagels for mhm. And this yields what the prophet is in dollars and so we can see that this is gonna be a probable that opens downward. And so I and I can see that the peak is gonna be at 0.55 and 300. So on my graph for I put in a scale that went from zero on X to about a dollar 50 and I scaled by point ones. And then I went up 20 to 300 on why and scaled by hundreds. And I grabbed my parabola and the proble did something like this. It went up and it came down like this. And I knew this point was going to be at the point, point 55 and 300 so I could actually answer my question for C and D right away and asked, What's the best price to sell this for? Well, you want to sell these bagels for 55 cents, because that's going to give you the maximum profit. And how much profit are you gonna make? You're gonna make $300. So I I actually can answer my question for the last part before I answer the first part. Now, what would have been reasonable values for the domain? That means, What kind of price could you charge? You definitely can't charge. Negative. You're gonna You're going to a negative price. Means you're gonna pay somebody in order to buy the bagels. So I needed to find this value on my calculator and this value on my calculator. And this first value came out to be 0.2 So almost just for free. And this value, you would make no profit. And that was at 1.98 So, like, about a dollar dollar 10. So if you charge anything in between here, you're gonna make some profit, But you're gonna make that best profit here. And then it asked us to find Well, how much profit will you make in a day if you charge 40 cents? And so I put 0.4 in here. And when I did, I find out that they would make $277.50. Okay. And if the price of the, uh, bagels at 85 cents, they'll actually make a lesser profit. And we could see that from our graph is well, as's from doing the calculation. So plug 0.85 in there and they would make $210 of profit, but the best is gonna be to charge this point. Luckily for us, I could see that point because of the way it's written in a Vertex form, so I can see where that maximum will take place. So that's very, very convenient for the quadratic, so their way.
