let's add three tents and to 15th. In order to do this, we have to create a common denominator. Now, one of the easiest ways to do this is to multiply each fraction by the opposite fractions denominator, that is. We multiply to 15th by 10/10 and we multiply three tents by 15/15. This ensures that we will have a common denominator, so this is equal to when it's almost white. Out three times 15 or 45 plus two times 10 or 20 divided by 10 times 15 or 150 45 plus 20 is equal to 65 so we have 65/1 50. Now we can factor this down a little bit. 65 has can be divided by five, and so can 150. 65/5 is 13 and 150 over five is 30. Thus, 3/10 plus to 15th is equal to 13. 30 ifs
