All everyday objects that can be touched are ultimately composed of atoms, which are made up of interacting subatomic particles, and in everyday as well as scientific usage, "matter" generally includes atoms and anything made up of them, and any particles and objects that act as if they have both rest mass and volume. However it does not include massless particles such as photons, or other energy phenomena or waves such as light or sound. Matter exists in various states (known as phases) that are defined by various physical properties, such as state of matter, phase, shape, and density. The Standard Model of particle physics and the general theory of relativity describe fundamental particles and the fundamental forces acting between them that control the structure and dynamics of matter.

Hi. So this question here is just another unit conversion question, but with a little more of a chemistry twist. They're doing some things involving Adams. Eso. Later. This is going to be very, very important, these type of calculations. So this is a good introduction to that. So basically, they give you the dimensions of an aluminum cylinder, and then they give you the mass of a single aluminum Adam. And then they want you to calculate the number of Lumen Adams President the cylinder if the density of the aluminum is 2.70 crowns per centimeter. Cute. Okay, so how do you calculate so firstly, to calculate the volume of a cylinder, right, then use the density of aluminum to find the mass. And then we can use that mass along with the mass of a single aluminum. Adam. We can divide it, and then we can get the number of aluminum atoms. Okay, It's very simple, but first we have to find the volume. How you find the boy most cylinder is what you find. The area of the circular end and the multiplied by the Wang three area of the circular and is pi r squared so pie, Uh, 0.25 centimeters, which is our are squared times 10 centimeters. Okay.
