Atmospheric noise has been described as $1 / f$ noise. This is also true for the flicker noise in transistors. Convert a few points from Figure 8.1, curves A and B below 10 MHz , to field strength in $\mu \mathrm{V} / \mathrm{m}$ for a 10 kHz bandwidth. Then find a constant for each set of values so that $e_n=k / f$ is a good approximation. Comment on the nature of the errors.
