Chemistry is the science of matter, especially its chemical reactions, but also its composition, structure and properties. Chemistry deals with atoms and their interactions with other atoms, and particularly with the properties of chemical bonds. Chemistry also involves understanding the properties and interactions of individual atoms and molecules for use in larger-scale applications.

In chemistry and physics, matter is any substance that has mass and takes up space by having volume. All everyday objects that can be touched are ultimately composed of atoms, which are made up of interacting subatomic particles, and in everyday as well as scientific usage, "matter" generally includes atoms and anything made up of them, and any particles and objects that act as if they have both rest mass and volume. However it does not include massless particles such as photons, or other energy phenomena or waves such as light or sound. Matter exists in various states (known as phases) that are defined by various physical properties, such as state of matter, phase, shape, and density. The Standard Model of particle physics and the general theory of relativity describe fundamental particles and the fundamental forces acting between them that control the structure and dynamics of matter.

How are you? So this question wants you to do some unit conversions s. Oh, yeah. Let's just start with part A. They want you to convert 22.6 meters to Destin meters. So, basically and how you could come to unit conversions. You want to find the relationship between the two units that you want to convert between So decimated right there are 10 decimate er's in one meter. When does meter is 10 centimeters? So, um, now you want to put the, um, you know that you want to cancel out on the bottom because then mathematically will cancel out, right? It's just like it's just like when you do with numbers, right? If you want to cancel out this to write to over one, what am I gonna do? I'm gonna put the two on the bottom right 1/2 so that these two can cancel out. It's exactly the same thing with units. So if I want to cancel out meters right, want to convert meters to something else, have to put meters on the bottom. So 10 Desam eaters for one meter. That way I could get my destiny eaters on the talk with number at the end. Split this in 22.6 times. 10 Destin meters per meter on. She got 226. Desam eaters now seek figs. You don't worry about it. Unique conversions normally because, um, your your conversion is normally exact is like exactly that number. So this is acting like, almost like an infinite number of significant. Just like 10.0 Because it's one, um, or 10 detonators is exactly one meter. So don't worry about 66 Um, listen, this next question 25.4 milligrams. So again, how many milligrams are in one? Um, what is it yet? Converted to kilograms. Right, So we have to convert it to grounds first. So how many milligrams are in one gram? Millie. So you have 1000 milligrams in one gram, and we're gonna have to put the unity Wanna cancel out on the bottom? Right? So it's 1000 milligrams on the bottom. We want to convert it to grounds first. Right? So that's on the top. Now we have to do another unit conversion the right so that we converted two kilograms. We're converting it from grams two kilograms right now. Because after this step here will be in grams. So what is the relationship between grounds in kilograms? Kill? Oh, right. So one gram is are one gram is 1001 kilogram or 1000 grams equals a kilogram. So one kilogram over 1000 grams. Okay. Again, you want, um, the grams. You don't the bottoms. He can cancel it out. Now you gonna split your calculator and should get a quite a small number. Uh, she got zero point, geo 000 25 four kilograms. Okay. Pretty easy. His next part here. 556 millimeters. Now, this pretty similar to the last one with terms of the milligram to Graham conversion. So, Miller Leader, we want to cover two leaders. How many milliliters aren't one leader? 1000 Right? And again, we're gonna put on the bottom because you want the US to cancel out. So be 1000 milliliters on the bottom. And then one leader on top could converting it to leaders. And we have played this in and she got zero point 556 We're okay. So easy. Now, this lex problem is a little bit complicated because you have to do actually to unit conversions here yet to convert the top part. Two grams and the bottom part of the converted from meters. Um, meters, Q two centimeters keep. Okay, so let's just do the top part first. That's why the easiest part. So we want Teoh, um again foot kilograms on the bottom so that we can cancel it out. So one kilogram on the bottom and then 1000 grams until okay, 1000 Gramps. Now this bottom part here, the meters Q two senators. Cute is quite is quite confusing because, um, if I want to cancel it, I'm gonna have to put my units on the top, right, Because it's on the bottom, they cancel it out. I'm gonna have to put meters squared. More meters cute on the top to cancel it out. But also, I'm gonna have to do my meters, two centimeters conversion three times because it's cute. Okay, So the reason why is because I mean, think about it. What is meters cute? It's meters, times, meters, times, meters. If I only converted it once, I would get centimeters, times, meters, hands meters, which is not what I want. Right. I one centimeters time centimeters, 10 centimeters. Centimeters cute. Sony do the convergent three times. So I'm gonna write on my conversion here, Um, one meter over 100 sense meters, and I'm gonna skew bit because I have three meters. I want to convert three meter units. I want comfort. Okay. And the meters on top, because I need to cancel out on the bottom. Right. Okay. So you can plug this in your calculator, and you should get 0.10 six grams. Her centimeter. Okay. And that's that. This is basically the whole question. So yeah, I hope this was helpful because unit convergence are very, very important. And chemistry, especially in the next section, where maybe learning story geometry and converting like units like moles and stuff like that. So you're gonna have to really get this down, Really? Focus on D canceling concepts like you want to cancel your units out a song as you get used to that. It should be fine with circulatory, all sorts of things. So yeah. Thanks for listening.
