A mixture is something that contains two or more different things.

Whereas a pure substance, it's only contains that particular thing.

So that can be a little bit vague, but the idea is very general.

But when we do have a mixture, when there are different things present, they can be homogenous or heterogeneous.

So when you have, for example, a homogeneous fixture is where, though you have different things that are present within the same substance that you're looking at, they are in fixed proportions.

So they're never really going to change.

It may change a little bit, but like very, very little, but they're going to be very fixed proportions, no matter if you take a sample from one place or another or from one thing or another.

Whereas if you have a heterogeneous mixture, those things are going to change depending on, i don't know, if it's like, for example, a caposta, and if they contain, depending on the type of seasoning, for example, it could be from one manufacturer, it can be a little bit different.

They contain one mixture of a certain seasoning, and then another manufacturer can have a different amount of that seasoning.

So this is just an example, but that would be an example heterogeneous mixture, because the proportions are not the same all throughout wherever you may look.
