physical properties are properties that define the appearance of the matter. Like predicting the shape, structure and feel of the object. Whereas the chemical properties is how a substance reacts with another substance to form a new product. So the physical properties will not change the nature of the object. Whereas the chemical properties can lead to the formation avenue product after the reaction. So fast we were looking at the process of the condensation of steam that involves the calling of water vapor to form liquid water. So as the composition of water remains the same. This is a physical change. Next we have the burning of gasoline which is a combustion reaction that forms carbon dioxide and water vapor is the final product. So this does involve the formation of new product. And so this is a chemical change in part C. We have the souring of milk which is facilitated by the action of the lactic acid bacteria which forms lactic acid to curdle the milk. And so the lactose and milk is converted into a new compound, which is lactic acid. And so here we have another chemical change. In part D. We've got the dissolving of sugar in water, which is a physical change because the sugar does not react with water. And finally we have the melting of gold that involves the conversion of solid gold into liquid gold. And because no no substance is formed, we have a physical change.
