And we're going to be talking about people who are more productive early in their careers versus people who are more productive later in their careers.

We're going to try to use these two kinds of intelligences to explain why that might be the case.

Crystal intelligence is our ability, or crystallized intelligence, is.

Fluid intelligence is our ability to be fluid and solve issues fluidly.

If we are very fluidly intelligent, we'll be able to deal with it more effectively, more abstractly, and more efficiently than someone else who isn't.
