End Value of Bonds A bond is a coupon issued which states that the issuer owes the holder a certain debt. Usually it has a higher interest rate than the banks, which is why many people go for bond investment. However, you cannot redeem its value until a specific period of time (decided on the bond) has passed. Assume that a person invests $10,000 in a five-year bond. Assume that the interest is compounded quarterly. Find the end value of the bond with the interests stated in Exercises 37-40.
