we're being asked to evaluate to given expression. Well, the first thing I notice is I have a grouping. Simple. So within that grouping, simple, we have addition and multiplication. So I must take care of that multiplication first. So first thing we're gonna do is multiply two by five, which is equal to 10. So I'm gonna have one plus five times the quantity of 10 plus 10 and then minus one. But we still have that grouping. Simple. So we have to do 10 plus 10 next. Well, 10 plus 10 is 20. So now we're gonna have one plus five times 20 minus one. So now we're evaluated within the grouping. Simple. Well, outside that grouping Simple. It looks like we have addition, multiplication and subtraction. According to the order of operations, we need to do the multiplication first. Well, five times 20 is 100. So we have one plus 100 minus one. So now we're just left with addition and subtraction. So we must go in order from left to right. Well, one hunt Sorry. One plus 100 is 101 and then 101 minus one is just 100. So the value of our expression is one
