Explain the difference between a pure covalent bond, a polar covalent bond, and an ionic bond.
When two elements with identical electro negativities form a bond, they share electrons equally. The bond is known as nonpolar covalent bond. If there is a large electro negativity differencebetween the elements, the electron(s) is almost completely transferred to the atom with higherelectronegativity. This is known as an ionic bond. When the electro negativity difference is intermediate, the bond formed is a polar covalent bond.

So the question is, what is it different between a pure Khalil inbound? Ah, coat a polar couvillon down and a Iot, Nick. So first, um, Uncle Leland down is between two no medals, for example, carbon and carbon, that is a Covalin bound. And the pure Quillen bone is between two exact same Adams, for example carbon, carbon, carbon, carbon, oxygen, oxygen and hodges in hiding. Those are all pure ical in it. Bounce in the second one opponent calling them bound. A poll local inbound is between two different no medals. For example, carbon, oxygen, carbon, hydrogen. Okay. And three is ionic bound. That is, between a medal and a lone battle. So, for example, sodium chloride sodium Corrine, as our table salt and in owning bound sodium gives its electron this electron two all right. So sodium has a positive one charge, and Cora has naked one charge and a co within bounds. The electron is shared between the two atoms. For example, hydrogen has one. Adam has one electron. So, to Hodgins has two electrons shared between this hydrogen
