So here we're going to We know that here, we're going to be using a negative charge. Now, we will be referring to figure 22 52 and we're gonna be using right hand roll so we can say that first for part A. We know that the direction of the velocities up so So your right thumb will point up the direction of the magnetic force is in the left direction. So the palm points the left direction. And so we can say that. Then the fingers will point into the page. And so we can say that here, the direction of the magnetic field is out of the page. We can then say for part B, the direction of the velocity is down. The direction of the force is inward and so weakens. Then say that the direction of the magnetic field is to the right where we can say east. And then finally, for part C, we can we know that here the direction of the velocities with left the direction of the forces up and so we consider direction of the magnetic field is into the page.
