Between taps $T_{1}$ and $T_{2}$ there are 200 turns, and between taps $T_{2}$ and $T_{3}$ there are 800 turns. Any two taps can be considered the "primary terminals" and any two taps can be considered the "secondary terminals" List all the ratios by which the primary voltage may be changed to a secondary voltage.
