It's going to be a little bit interesting because we have to figure out what number can be in the numerator such then negative for minus that number equals a positive for so this number is the one that we need to find. So we're gonna add four to both sides so that we have negative X equals positive eight and then we need to get rid of that negative. So we're going to multiply by a negative, giving us a positive X and now a negative eight. So if we were to then replace the numerator with a negative eight, then we would have the correct fractions
