Here's a rough sketch of the graph, and I looked closely at the graph and found a couple of exact points on it and find the slope. We can use the formula. Why sub two minus y sub one over except to minus except one. And I'm going to let this point over here be my except to why said, too. And this point over here is my ex of one. Why someone? Although you could put them in the other order and it wouldn't matter. Okay, so why sit? Two minus y said one is two minus three and, except to minus except one, is four minus negative one. So that gives us negative one over five. So the slope is negative 1/5.
