Series Combination of Inductors

In series circuits, inductors are connected one after the other so that the same current flows through each. The total inductance is the sum of the individual inductances. This principle is based on the idea that the magnetic flux produced by each inductor adds up when they are operated in series.

Parallel Combination of Inductors

Equivalent Inductance Calculation
