We're told that the gauge pressure inside that rubber balloon with a 10 centimeter radius is 1.5 centimeters of water. They want to find what the effective surface tension of the balloon is. We have our balloon here, the gauge pressure, which is the difference of pressure across the balloon wall, its radius well, given its pressure in centimeters, off water. We need to convert that to Pascal. So we get 147. Pascal's radius is 10 centimeters. We can use our formula relating pressure, surface tension and radius. And I saw for get the surface.
