It's going to be 25 for the degrees plus 25 out of 60, right? because there are maybe i won't skip that step there's 25 minutes so technically it's 25 times 160th of a degree i just i don't want to skip anything but that's you can see that's where 25 60th 60th comes from and then the seconds they each degree is 60 minutes and each minute is 60 seconds so by multiplying 60 by 60, you get the conversion of minutes to degrees.
